Our mission is to be there for individuals and families facing unexpected hardships during some of life’s most difficult moments.
By providing meaningful assistance and connecting families with helpful resources, we hope to ease some of the burdens that come when life changes unexpectedly.
Through this foundation, AJ’s caring and helpful spirit will continue to touch the lives of others and carry his legacy forward.
How We Help

Helping families with funeral, burial, cremation, and memorial-related expenses during times of unexpected loss.

Providing assistance to individuals and families facing sudden financial hardship or an unexpected crisis.
Towing, Storage & Vehicle Recovery Assistance
Helping with unexpected towing, storage, impound, and vehicle recovery expenses when families are already facing difficult circumstances.
Grief & Bereavement Resources
Connecting individuals and families with grief support, counseling resources, and other services to help them navigate life after a loss.

About AJ's Legacy Foundation
AJ’s Legacy Foundation for Families in Need was created in loving memory of Antonio “AJ” McCullough, a young man taken far too soon.
AJ lived life unapologetically, always true to exactly who he was. He was funny, goofy, clever, creative, dependable, caring, helpful, and always a little mischievous. He had a way of making people laugh through his pranks, quick wit, and playful personality.
AJ was someone you could always count on, with a genuinely kind heart, and he always found a way to help others. Whether he was helping his friends work on their vehicles, installing lift kits on their trucks right in front of the house, or pulling complete strangers out of the sand when they got stuck during trips to the 4x4 beach, helping people was simply part of who AJ was.
AJ’s love for motor vehicles and anything with an engine was a huge part of who he was. He was also a talented welder who took pride in what he could build, fix, and create.
Family was at the heart of AJ’s life. He loved spending time with all of us, and we have always been an incredibly close family. Whether it was sitting down together for dinner, playing Monopoly, going tubing, riding four-wheelers and dirt bikes together, enjoying family activities, or taking our family vacations, AJ loved simply being together. Those everyday moments and adventures as a family meant so much, and they are now some of the memories we hold closest to our hearts.
AJ’s Legacy Foundation was created to carry the best parts of who he was forward by being there for individuals and families during some of life’s most difficult and unexpected moments. Through funeral and memorial assistance, emergency family support, towing and vehicle recovery assistance, and grief and bereavement resources, we hope to help ease the burden for families facing unexpected hardships.
Through every family we help, we honor AJ’s life and keep his kind heart, caring nature, and unforgettable spirit alive.
AJ was one of a kind. His life made a difference, and through this foundation, his legacy will continue to make a difference.
